A dive bar with no locks - need we say more? Johnny White’s Pub & Grill don’t need no stinkin’ locks because the bar claims to never close; according to legend even staying open during Katrina. Talk about dedication!

A solid sports bar, but with one amazing twist: an awesome location on Bourbon Street.  And while the grub is passable, you’re going for the atmosphere (chill), reasonable prices, and location. Heck there’s even a balcony with a great view of the action; you know - in case your bachelor party wants to toss some beads in-between hurricane (the weather phenomenon, not the drink) tales.

Venue Tip: 

A quick note on the location - try not to get lost if you look up the address on other sites as it’s really at the corner of Bourbon & St. Peter.  But you’re in NOLA, so feel free to ask the friendly locals.

The Good: 
Cheap drinks 24/7 on one of the best corners in the world -- and a great spot to watch any New Orleans sports on the tube.
The Bad: 
It’s a tad on the small side and doesn’t usually have the talent you’re probably seeking. Unless “talent” to you means chatty old dudes with awesome stories.

Signature Drink: Cheap ones.  Probably a tie between the bloodies and High Life ponies.
