Like its sister property from Morgans downtown, the Mondrian SoHo, the Hudson Hotel relies on its good time reputation over its actual hotel qualities to drive its business. And business is booming.

After under-going extensive renovations the Hudson has emerged as even more of an attractive option for your bachelor party retreat. The rooms – while remaining tiny – have been updated but more importantly, the bars have either been refreshed or completely re-done. This means there’s never a lack of curious tourists or uptown party people looking to get a little tipsy. And you’re just the sort of guys to help…
Venue Tip:

Location-wise, the Hudson can be a bit of a challenge. Do your due-diligence ahead of time and map out a plan that includes heading downtown or up. And use the concierge for advice; it’s not the first time she’s been asked what else is good nearby.

The Good:
So many options for drinks you might never leave. The Taco Shack at Tequila Park is a local favorite.
The Bad:
Rooms here are small enough that they are the stuff of NYC legend. Spend some time in your closet to get ready.
