Talking Stick Resort is a good mix of what Arizona has to offer.  At your fingertips you’ve got a solid casino (plus another one down the street), a good golf course, several enticing restaurants, multiple bars (including a fun sports bar and a cigar bar with a Frank Sinatra band), a luxurious spa, and reasonably priced hotel rooms (including suites with great patio/balconies & large living room/bar areas).  They even occasionally have entertainment on the property so ask in advance – maybe this is the weekend you finally get to see Barry Manilow.  Believe it or not, one of their usual acts, Dueling Pianos, can attract the ladies.

Plus, just a few miles away, your bachelor party can hit the main action in Old Town. Arizona, here we come.
