Bali Hai Golf Club

5150 Las Vegas Blvd South
Las Vegas

Sure it’s a town known for $600 bottles of vodka, strippers who drive Bentleys, and Carrot Top being hailed as a celebrity, but Las Vegas is also known as a hot destination for golfers. And what better way to enjoy a day in Sin City than drinking and competing with your boys on the links? There’s a course here for every skill level - from the Pitch and Putt Par 3 course at Calloway to the $500 round at the Wynn. It really doesn’t matter where you play - just that the Bachelor is having fun and you are drinking outside and driving cool little cars, all in the name of sport. Out of Vegas’s 40+ courses, the Bali Hai perhaps best combines great golf with reasonable rates ($100-150) and great proximity to the Strip.

Venue Tip:

To make it a true Vegas bachelor party experience, you’ll need caddies. Specifically, hot female caddies. Set it up with Sin City Caddy Girls. Call the course first to ensure it’s cool.

The Good:
Vegas has so many courses you’re sure to find exactly what your bachelor party needs. At Bali Hai you get to play where the pros play.
The Bad:
You’re in the middle of a desert. It can get hot here, so don’t forget your sunscreen. Plus there are cheaper alternatives.

Reservations: Almost always. Use one of the golfing websites or your hotel concierge to try for a discount and set up a tee time.

Price: Bali Hai has a twilight rate but you won’t get through 18 holes.  The cost usually depends on the course and the time of day but when all is said and done, expect to pay over $100 a man.

Drinking? We’re talking about a sport that John Daly succeeded in while being wasted out of his silly pants. Hell, you should be drinking Dalys (Vodka mixed with half lemonade, half iced-tea).

Hangover Friendly? The first hole will be the hardest for the hangover; but if you actually make it to the course, after that it’s a breeze.
