One of the first things you will notice upon walking into Craftsteak is the extensive selection of brown liquor stacked behind the bar. Always a good sign to the start of a good dinner, and this spot does not disappoint. Tom Colicchio brings his considerable skills to the art of searing flesh, making it his own by focusing on seasonal ingredients sourced from small family farms and artisanal producers. The result is amazing cuts of meat in a subtle, fun environment.

Venue Tip:

Plan your party around a fight weekend, preferably a good boxing match. There’s nothing more manly than eating animal flesh, drinking liquor and then watching two guys beat each other bloody.

The Good:
Colicchio’s innovativeness means that menu is always changing and never boring. That plus the drunken girls walking by from Wet Republic equals a solid bachelor party meal.
The Bad:
For everything the MGM Grand has, a solid club it lacks. So if you are planning a dinner here, plan on leaving the property if your crew wants to go out. Even New York New York has a better club.
