Izzy’s is the quintessential steakhouse for a bachelor party.  It’s got a comfortable feel that screams “We sell steak and lots of it!” and is a little more raucous than most restaurants in SF, so the debauchery upon which your bachelor is about to embark will surely be accepted with open arms.  Lots of options for food, all of which are delicious. The bar usually has a loud crew watching TV and bonding so saddle up before sitting down. Izzy’s is also more reasonably priced than most steakhouses in San Francisco. That’s the good news. The bad news is you and your bachelor party cohorts are adults-- allegedly-- not kids. So, do you really want to eat your steaks in a dining room that will surely remind you of the frat house at which you went to party (and find another kind of meat) in college? The answer, in our case, is quite possibly. And, if that’s the case, Izzy’s is your temple.

Venue Tip:

Make sure to get Izzy’s Potatoes.  The steaks are very good; Izzy’s potatoes are fantastic.

The Good:
If you and your friends wish to wash your drinks down with steak (not the other way around), then you’re in the right place. Perfect when there’s a big game that cannot be missed.
The Bad:
You may feel like even you are a bit too classy for Izzy’s. Then again, who do you think you are? James Bond?
