The good thing about baseball is that even if you hate baseball you can still have fun at the ballpark. Drive on out to the field and hoist a few beers with the party crew as the game goes by (it doesn’t really matter who wins). Be sure to call ahead and get the Bachelor’s name in lights on the scoreboard with some question designed to get a notice, like, “Bill: will you marry me? Love: Dave.” Then again, this is LA, so the situation may not be so out of the ordinary.

Venue Tip:

Dodger dogs are some of the best hot dogs in baseball. Save money on dinner and gorge yourself. They also have group rates and an all-you-can-eat pavilion here.

The Good:
A ballgame with your boys is a great way to relax and soak up the LA sun. Plus, Dodger Stadium is an iconic ballpark, the last of its kind (i.e. a dinosaur).
The Bad:
Parking. Prepare for a nightmare.

Price:  Depends on the opposing team, but who cares who the Dodgers are playing? Grab some bleacher seats and root root root for the home team!

Reservations needed: No, you can always show up and buy bleacher seats.

Attire: Your favorite team’s colors, but it’s baseball season: be prepared to sit in the LA sun for a few hours.

Alcohol Encouraged: What’s a ball game without a few cold ones?

Best way to get there: Rental car though there are taxis if you can find them.

Time of day to go: Early afternoon. By then your hangover will be gone so you’ll be ready to start making a new one.
